First and Second Readers, elected by the membership, read selections from the two books which serve as our pastor--the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. These selections comprise the Sunday sermon in all Christian Science churches worldwide and are published in the Christian Science Bible Lessons, which can also be read or purchased in our Reading Room.

Wednesday Evening Meetings the message on a contemporary topic is chosen, prepared and read by the First Reader from the Bible and Science and Health. We pray silently and recite the Lord's Prayer. Part of our meeting includes time for those who wish to speak to share thoughts, inspiration and healings from their own experience in Christian Science. We are currently conducting these Wednesday services online only. You can send an email request to CairoMathRocks@gmail.com to be included.
