The Reading Room is a library and bookstore which is located in the west wing of the church, south door.
Visitors are welcome to drop in to read, study and think, to ask questions if they wish, or to purchase materials about spiritual healing, prayer and spirituality.
Biblical resources include translations, modern editions, dictionaries, and commentaries. In addition there are biographies of Mrs. Eddy, her writings, including her best-selling, revolutionary book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, and over 100 years of testimonies and articles on healing in Christian Science periodicals.
Also available are inspirational music CDs, children's books, hymnals, weekly Bible Lessons in audio or print format, videos of online lectures and talks, as well as the Pulitzer prize-winning international newspaper, The Christian Science Monitor. Topics on any subject of spiritual interest can be researched within the online library of the Christian Science Publishing Society.
